At our core, we believe in the transformative power of Authentic Leadership. Our coaching strategy is rooted in the values of authenticity, integrity, and self-awareness, guiding leaders to align their personal values with their professional actions. We provide a supportive and nurturing environment where emerging and established leaders can overcome the challenges of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and procrastination.

Through a process of self-discovery, we empower individuals to embrace their strengths, practice gratitude, and foster self-compassion, allowing them to lead from a place of genuine confidence and purpose. Our approach is holistic, blending intuitive coaching and collaborative leadership to help clients tap into their creative potential, build emotional resilience, and achieve greater life balance.

By focusing on progress over perfection, we guide leaders toward spiritual alignment and professional fulfillment, unlocking their highest potential and driving sustainable, purpose-driven success. At the heart of our work is the commitment to helping leaders embrace their true selves, take bold action, and thrive in all areas of life.

Who I Am

Wrapped in fierce love, I bring authenticity to coaching, fostering inquiry into the present and igniting creative energy to realize new possibilities. Described as highly creative, energetic, and intuitive, I serve as a collaborative leader and thought partner, guiding individuals towards empowerment and growth.

With a passion for helping others, I developed an early interest in coaching and personal development, shaping my education around socio-psychological insight and leadership principles. This foundation led me to the College Internship Program (CIP) in Berkeley, where I worked with young adults facing social and cognitive challenges. I developed programs, facilitated groups, and provided individualized coaching, which laid the groundwork for my future leadership roles.

I transitioned to consulting in the Bay Area, where I provided coaching and organizational development for non-profits, schools, universities and government agencies. I joined forces with Blooming Willow Coaching, where I learned Healing Centered Coaching and provided Mentor Coaching to the Conductors Program cohorts. This experience deepened my commitment to social justice and leadership development, eventually leading me to become a Leadership Coach at RayCoach and SEIU where I empowered multicultural leaders through coaching, training, and healing circles.

In addition to my work at Blooming Willow, I host weekly Giggly Retreats, offering a space for rejuvenation, laughter, and balance. Via AmplifyIQ, I continue to support businesses in growing their awareness and membership using social media marketing. And I will soon launch my self-guided online coaching program called Zigg Zagg.

Regardless of the task, this remains true: I am focused on helping leaders and organizations achieve their full potential through innovative approaches, grounded in my core values of authenticity, freedom, creativity, community, valor and growth.

My Story

Roots and Family

Growing up as the youngest of five siblings in Detroit, MI, I experienced a world shaped by both the challenges and possibilities of my environment. My older siblings spent their early years in Milwaukee and Oxford, MS, but we were all united under the guidance of our dynamic mother and resilient father on Detroit’s East Side. My mother, in particular, was a force of nature. Despite being diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia at a young age and battling limited means, she raised five children with creativity, strength, and a relentless drive that continues to inspire me.

Lessons from My Mother

My mother wasn’t just a caregiver—she was a creator. She taught herself four coding languages at the age of 65, despite being legally blind. She built businesses, designed clothing, crafted outdoor furniture, and even developed economic redevelopment plans. What stood out most to me, though, was her ability to build community. She made something out of nothing, not just for herself, but for those around her. Watching her surpass all expectations—even regaining some of her eyesight after defying doctors’ predictions—taught me the boundless potential of human resilience. She knew who she was, and through her, I’ve come to understand who I am meant to be.

A Guiding Purpose

Because of my mother, I’ve learned that strength is not only about overcoming obstacles but about creating in the face of them. She lived 10 years longer than anyone expected, pushing the limits of what was deemed possible. Her legacy is woven into everything I do, and it has become my life's mission to honor her by going beyond even her wildest dreams. My desire to help others—to coach, uplift, and build—comes directly from the foundation she laid. In many ways, my work is a continuation of her vision: to create spaces where individuals can thrive, regardless of their circumstances.

Finding My Own Path

While my professional journey has been rich with experiences, from working at the College Internship Program in Berkeley to consulting for the Service Employees International Union and coaching multicultural leaders, my motivations are deeply personal. Every step I’ve taken in my career has been driven by the values instilled in me by my mother: creativity, resilience, and a commitment to community. Coaching is more than just a job for me—it’s a way to help others unlock their potential, much like my mother did for me and everyone she touched.

Expanding the Dream

As I continue to expand my work through leadership coaching, consulting, and hosting Giggly Retreats, I am guided by a singular intention: to help others see what’s possible for themselves. I know, from personal experience, that even in the toughest of circumstances, there is always room for creativity, growth, and connection. Whether through self-guided online coaching programs or in-person retreats, I aim to create opportunities for others to dream beyond their current realities, just as my mother dreamed for me.

Looking Forward with Gratitude

As I look to the future, I carry with me the lessons of my past. My mother’s strength and ingenuity continue to shape my vision, and I remain dedicated to building on the foundation she laid. I know what’s possible because I’ve seen it. And I am committed to helping others realize their possibilities—pushing beyond limitations and expectations to create something beautiful, just as she did. Mama, I love you and thank you, always.

What People Are Saying

“I can be happy with who I am, not what I should be, or what I might have been, or what someone tells me I must be.”
